Position Overview:
As a Procurement Risk Manager, you'll conduct comprehensive analyses of Tencent's internal procurement function, focusing on marketing, services, and HR categories across the region. You'll evaluate processes, identify risks, and provide recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that procurement activities align with risk control objectives. Additionally, you'll design local procurement policies, develop cost analysis models, and manage compliance audits of company suppliers. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of procurement philosophy, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Perform process assessments of procurement functions and provide optimization suggestions. Prepare and deliver supplier management reports. Develop cost analysis models and evaluate price benchmarks. Conduct compliance audits of company supplier admission and onsite inspections periodically. Design procurement-related internal control standards and policies. Provide professional advice to business stakeholders on procurement matters. Contribute to key procurement risk management projects and provide ad-hoc support. Review procurement procedures, identify risks, and offer strategic solutions. Drive continuous optimization of procurement procedures and cost savings initiatives. Coordinate with Audit Team to define procurement improvement areas and track progress. Promote company-wide awareness of procurement risks and cost controls through internal trainings and workshops.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with procurement certifications (CIA, CPA, CERM, etc.). Minimum of 5 years' work experience in marketing procurement category, preferably in the internet industry or professional procurement consulting. Deep understanding of procurement philosophy and best practices in cost control. Familiarity with corporate risk management principles, preferably with a COSO background. Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin for cross-functional liaison and interviews with leaders and stakeholders in China headquarters and in overseas markets.#LI-JY1
