As Channel Manager for General Trade , you will be in charge of ensuring flawless execution of the trade strategies in order to achieve goals and objectives in terms of sales achievement, brand distribution and overall effective business management.

Responsibilities:

Lead and plan the commercial strategy and direction for the sales channel. Work with the distributor sales team to achieve sales goal and to ensure long term key account business success. Work with the distributor sales team regarding innovative ways to continually increase competitiveness in the market. Partners with local marketing teams to drive successful marketing strategies as well as partnership with supply chain and demand planning team to ensure sales forecast accuracy and customer service levels KPIs are met. Preparation and execution of annual business plans/ promotion plan/ sales forecast/ and customer information. Manages and owns the channel’s overall Profit and Loss statements and working capital.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG industry. Successful track record management in a consumer setting or similar company. Minimal supervision and highly energetic and motivated person. Good in budget/resource management. Planning, execution and evaluation of promotional activities. Sales forecasting expert. Effective communication, presentation and business planning skills. Strong sense of urgency and accountability. Problem solving and can-do attitude. Strong influencing skills.
