About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
Exposure to Group Banking Technology Team as supporting the work in the team through projects delivery and Quarterly Release implementation planning. The intern will be working closely with project managers, delivery managers and release managers.
Some project exposure are: Group Business Technology project portfolio reporting, Adhoc MIS reporting, Quarterly Release implementation planning Track project implementation activities Handle administrative duties that include but are not limited to printing, scanning, archivingLearning Outcomes:
Acquire foundation knowledge in the area of risk, social media, fraud, IT security, code of conduct and other compliance knowledge specific to UOB Data Analysis Acquire power point skills for effective presentation Experience of generating management reports with various KPIs Acquire knowledge on UOB Change Management and UOB Project approval processes
Job Requirements
