We are currently hiring for an Associate Director, Legal (Academic and Student Affairs) to join our Global Legal Team in the Dean’s Office department. This is a full-time and permanent contract, and it could be either based in ourEurope campus in France, Fontainebleau, or on our Asia campus in Singapore, One-North.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will provide legal advice to our Degree Programmes department on Student Affairs and Discipline, ensuring process and action are consistent with policies and regulations, supporting investigations and handling litigation. The role will also partner closely with our Faculty Administration Department and Alumni Relations Department on various legal matters. In addition, the scope will also involve reviewing the internal related policies and processes to better support the school.

The successful candidate should have the following profile :

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in an international environment (multinational company or large law firm). 10 years PQE is required (those with experience in a business school or institute of higher learning will be a plus). Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Able to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and international environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Those who can speak French will be a plus.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Directeur Adjoint des Affaires Juridiques  (F/H)pour rejoindre notre équipe Global Legal au sein du département Dean's Office. Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée indeterminée à temps plein, qui peut être basé soit sur notre campus européen de Fontainebleau (France) , soit sur notre campus asiatique de Singapour (One-North) .

Sous la responsabilité du General Counsel, le/la candidat(e) retenu fournira des conseils juridiques à notre département Degree Programmes en matière de sujets liés étudiantes et de discipline, en veillant à ce que les procédures et les actions soient conformes aux politiques et aux réglementations, en soutenant les enquêtes et en gérant les litiges. Il travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec le département Faculty Admnisitration et le département Alumnis Relations sur diverses questions juridiques. En outre, le poste comprendra également la révision des politiques et processus internes connexes afin de mieux soutenir l'école.

Le candidat retenu doit avoir le profil suivant :

Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement international (entreprise multinationale ou grand cabinet d'avocats). 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle sont requis (une expérience dans une école de commerce ou un institut d'enseignement supérieur sera un plus). Excellentes capacités d'organisation dans un environnement en évolution rapide. Une grande attention aux détails. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement international où le rythme est soutenu et où l'esprit d'équipe est de rigueur. Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé. La maîtrise du français est également un atout.
