**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Benefits Transformation**:
- **Strategic Planning & Leadership**:Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits transformation strategy aligned with company goals. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, and offer thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in employee benefits.
- **Metrics & KPIs**:Develop metrics to measure program success, review ROI, and report findings to senior leadership regularly.
**Benefits Program Evaluation**:
- Evaluate current benefits and pensions programs, conducting benchmarking studies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Keep abreast of legal requirements and industry standards.
- Use technology to streamline benefits administration and enhance employee experience.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management**:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure support for benefits initiatives. Communicate changes effectively to employees and provide necessary resources and education.
**Other Strategic Total Rewards Projects**:
- **Communication Strategy**:Define communication and change management plans for compensation programs.
- **Sales Compensation Design**:Review and suggest improvements to the compensation design and administration of incentive plans.

**Who You Are**
You have proven experience in compensation and benefits, coupled with a growth mindset. You focus on delivering customer success and work inclusively with others.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, including program design and sales compensation.
- Expertise in industry benchmarks and vendor relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills for creating complex formulas and models.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and managing projects in a matrixed environment.
