Tour Manager

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle travel reservation (Eg. Tour packages / Cruise / Accommodation / Air Ticket etc.. ) and queries for customer timely
- Provide information, advice, plan itineraries, and make arrangements
- Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
- Provide information on travel visa & insurance
- Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
- Drive sales and profitability of our comprehensive range of tour packages
- Liaise with the hotel, land and transportation operators for travel arrangement
- Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
- Ensure all data are entered timely and accurately into the reservation system
- Prepare & submit regular operational related reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in IATA or Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, product sourcing, such as destinations, hotel, dining, team building etc.
- Ability to work out quotations based on customer enquiries
- Meticulous, patient and pleasant personality
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized and attentive to details
- A proactive team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as a good team player
- Ability to multi-task and deliver within a tight deadline
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic & multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ensure external and internal customer expectations are being met and guest needs are satisfied
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
