i. Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments;
iii. Liaise with the contractors and stakeholders to monitor and update the programme and work schedule;
iv. Provide the assistance to the project team in terms of project delivery;
v. Prepare project summary reports for progress reporting; and

vi. Manage the administrative activities of the project, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting records, preparing the presentation material and drafting letters for issuance.

i. Recognised diploma or degree in Engineering or related discipline;
ii. Relevant project coordination experience in the area of InfoComm Technology system or Automatic Fare Collection system will be a plus;
iii. Basic understanding of process flow, fundamental system architecture, infrastructure and database concepts

iiii. Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently;
iv. Ability to work and collaborate with team;
v. Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
vi. Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
