Job Description:

- Engage warehousing operational functions and business stakeholders, understand ops system, process, business requirements and implement feasible supply chain solutions.
- Translate ops requirements to system feature request, align with product team and tech team.
- Implement the new system features and process to the warehouse ground level.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the technical solutions are properly designed and able to meet ops and business requirements
- Develop training materials to guide new joiner and part timer to learn the ops processes.
- Investigate the ops and system issues to minimize business impact and coordinate the product team to fix or improve.
- Take a lead program management role on multi-team supply chain projects

**Requirements**:

- Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Flexible and adaptive, with a willingness and attitude to learn and understand process and system.
- Distinctive problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage a team, multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment
- Experience in supply chain management, i.e. procurement, logistics, warehouse, is desirable. And experience in leading a team.
