Location: Taman Jurong

**Salary**: $1,700 per month + additional bonus

Working Hours: 8.30AM-6.00PM

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibility:

- Provide exceptional service and establish strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Offer a range of Document Imaging services and support to the client with mínimal or no supervision.
- Receive, sort, batch, and prepare hard copy documents for scanning.
- Skillfully remove bindings from documents without causing damage.
- Repair and prepare hard copy documents for auto-feed scanning when necessary.
- Operate and maintain high-speed production scanner equipment for digitizing hardcopy documents.
- Ensure that all physical pages are scanned, and the scanned images are clear, complete, and properly oriented.
- Accurately and completely capture data from scanned images, meeting keystroke performance measurements.
- Conduct quality checks on scanning, data entry, and final digital output; make necessary corrections.
- Restore hard copy documents to their original condition as required for packing into archive boxes.
- Complete daily record-keeping tasks and maintain reporting information.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and ensure efficient service delivery in line with service level agreements (SLA).
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirement:

- Minimum of 2-year experience in document processing in a regulated industry (applicants without experience will be considered for entry-level position)
- Previous scanning and indexing experience will be added advantage
- Excellent customer service mind-set and good communication skills
- Proven record working in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment with little to no errors
- Absolute team player, and look to enjoy working with a close-knit team
- Attention to detail, responsible and organized
- Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Word
- Willing to OT as per required
- Acceptable to do cross-functional learning/job rotation as per Management’s request
- Applicants must be willing to work in Raffles place/Pasir Panjang/Tampines
- Willing to be deployed across different sites on short notice
