**St Andrew's Nursing Home (Taman Jurong)
An established 290-bed facility at Taman Jurong, we seek to provide long-term support, care and rehabilitation to the under-served and disadvantaged of the community at large, regardless of race or religion.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Keep updated register and records of clients both electronic or written data

2. Update inventory of voluntary or government or private agencies that may be of assistance to clients.

3. Attend to enquiries on referrals, services and charges.

4. Liaise with nursing personnel on admission date, time and bed allocation for new clients.

5. Maintain statistics on clients and referrals from various sources.

6. Provide secretarial support to the MSW including data entry and filing to support in the delivery of services to clients and or families.

7. Assist in interviewing clients and their families.

8. Coordinate home visits under the supervision of Medical Social Worker.

9. Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirement**

1. preferably with certificate in human studies / Social Work

2. Preferably with at least 2 years relevant working experience.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills and excellent telephone etiquette.

4. Team player who is patient, warm and helpful and organised at work.

5. Knowledge of MS office such as Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
