**Objectives**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Inside Sales Manager in executing the project quotes and achieving sales results for the assigned territory.
- Commercial processing of orders on ERP system - While this is not a primary function, the role may often require stand in.
- Coordinate with factories on technical requirements and pricing
- Resolution of return requests and quality issues
- Extensive interaction with Channel partners and customers by way of face-to-face meetings, electronic communications or by telephone.
- Travel to customer locations to offer techno commercial support to channel partners or direct customers when needed.
- Work towards gaining product expertise and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Maintain professional business relationships with our channel partners and end user customers.
- Assist the Regional sales leader in fulfilling project documentation, gaining document approvals and final submissions.
- Provide inside sales & Application Engineering support to Southeast Asia team.

**Qualifications**:
1. Mandatory
- A full-time degree /diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science, Metallurgy, Production, or similar engineering streams.
- Proficiency in oral & written English communication.
- At least 5 years of Inside sales experience in the field of Manual, On-Off or Control valves, Actuators, Controls & Accessories.
- Proficiency in web-based Valve /Actuator selection platforms.
- Review more complex project specifications and perform valve, material selection and sizing. Including submission of any comments and deviations.

.Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements.
- Proficiency in managing quote funnel through CRM - a must have (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred)
- At least 3 years operating experience on any ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, LN or MK).
- A strong knowledge of SEA market and experience in handling customers.
- Effective communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Available for Travel to customer or manufacturing locations, though infrequent

2. Desired:

- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in handling other Southeast Asian territories.

**Reporting**:

- The position reports to Project Insides Sales Manager - SEA.
