RYNAN Technologies is a technology development company that produces a wide variety of Smart sustainable products for Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Industrial Inkjet Coding & Marking.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fun and creative marketing team. This person is result-and data-driven and has in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, and digital content generation tools. He / She has excellent project management skills and is a strong team player who is also able to work independently and is a self-starter.

Your main responsibilities:

- Working with the marketing team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Optimizing ad placements for digital marketing campaigns across platforms, such as display/retargeting, display/video advertising, mobile and social media
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to achieve the most efficient targeting combinations
- Analyze and evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies for existing and new regional markets
- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns’ overall performance
- Work closely with sales teams to drive integration and execution of plans to improve sales and marketing results
- Collaborate with other internal teams to maximize digital effort on sales
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry

What you will need:

- A Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and/or IT related fields
- A portfolio of previous work
- 2-3 years of experience in executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google/YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, and marketplace ad platforms such as Shopee, and Lazada.
- Proficient in Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics; and familiarity with Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Solid analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Quick learner with a passion for technology, software, and data
- Regularly go above and beyond to exceed expectations and goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English required

Software skills:

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite (Basic)
- Figma (a bonus)

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
