Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a database such as SQL and troubleshooting apps.
- Ability to speak and write in English and a second language (Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian or Urdu) fluently to engage and support native-speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with Android development.
- Familiarity with the ad-serving industry and internet technologies.- Familiarity with mobile gaming.
- Excellent data-driven, data analysis, and decision-making skills.

**About the job**:

- In this role, you will be an advertising and technology expert and serve as a liaison between our biggest publisher's partners and Google Engineering and Sales teams.**Responsibilities**:

- Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions to their problems, troubleshooting their issues, and performing implementation reviews.
- Advocate new product features and ensures proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Represent feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.
- Ensure high-level client satisfaction (both new and ongoing) in terms of technical aspects by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
