Job Description:
Business planning and operation of KSC
- Establish a systematic operation plan to support globalization of startups and maximize KSC’s performance through efficient resource allocation.

Overseas marketing strategy planning
- Support overseas market research, product analysis, product localization, overseas marketing strategy planning, and startup scale-up in order to facilitate the sales of products, goods, and services by Korean startups to overseas customers.

Networking with overseas related organizations
- Build and manage network to cooperate with relevant organizations and collect information on policies supporting SMEs, to support starting up a business or startups entering the host country.

Finding excellent startups and mentoring
- Find startups with high marketability in the host country, strengthen management capabilities of startups (e.g. organizational management, financing, decision-making process), establishment of corporation/investment/M&A, arrangement of mentoring with local startups.

Requirement:
Business planning and operation of KSC
- Understanding of startups, and knowledge about a startup management system based on the business life cycle, management resources, industry trends, budget/financial/managerial accounting, and corporate valuation indicators, and knowledge necessary for business planning.
- Business environment analysis, resource allocation among businesses, analysis of core values/assets/capabilities, budget management /calculation, social research methodology, business plan/report preparation.

Overseas marketing strategy planning
- Overseas market information, marketing strategy planning, product and market analysis, product planning, method and strategy for market entry, resource procurement, economic trend, market environment, FX rate of the host country, knowledge about trade laws and work, business practices in the host country.
- Statistical data search and analysis, business feasibility and product competitiveness analysis, target market and customer selection, speech, communication and presentation.

Networking with overseas related organizations
- Business environment, SME support policies, political and economic trends, business practices in the host country, and understanding of cultural difference.
- Negotiation, information analysis, foreign language, business etiquette, information analysis, and communication.

Finding excellent startups and mentoring
- Understanding of startups, human resource management/financial management/production/logistics/marketing, and the startup ecosystem such as AC/VC/M&A/joint investment.
- Corporate competency/external environment analysis, corporate strategy diagnosis and analysis, communication, knowledge about financing & investment business and bond market in the host country, and business model advancement.Additional Information
- Monthly salary shall be determined based on negotiations considering experience.
- AWS rate and bonus shall be paid in December and shall be paid in proportion to the working period (Pro-rated)
- AWS + Variable Bonus (Max 200%)
- AWS and variable Bonus will be determined by the company's situation and work performance.
