Job Description:
General Summary of the role:

- Execution of Sales Orders from Material Planning stage to shipment and Invoice.
- Responsible for best cost-effective operations/procurement throughout the manufacturing to meet Sales Orders delivery date and profitability.

Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Outside/Project Salesman for review of Customer Order documentation and raise Order Review Request (OER).
- Review of Customer Purchase Order/Contract with generated Sales Order.
- Sales Order Material Planning for best cost-effective manufacturing profitability and on-time delivery.
- Utilise of Global Unpeg Inventory.
- Develop and Monitor Sales Order manufacturing schedule to meet On-Time Delivery.
- Expedite/Recovery of manufacturing schedule delay and make adjustment for unforeseen conditions to meet delivery date.
- Generate/Prepare paperwork of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Packing List, Engineering Document Wavier etc.
- Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistic for packing and shipment arrangement respectively.
- Raise of Sales Order Voucher (IAV) to Finance for invoicing.
- Coordinate of Product Return from Customer and collaborate with Outside/Project Salesman for action.
- Raise PO/Credit Note Voucher for Buyback/Re-Stocking respectively.
- Comply to company HSE policy and regulations.
- Attending PCL, project meetings, HSE training meetings & quality meetings when required

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in any discipline.
- A good team player, systemic and measurable working approach.
- Knowledge and competent of Microsoft Office software usage especial Project Management
- Experience and have knowledge in an ERP/SCM manufacturing working environment.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Willing to work in the west side of Singapore
