**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned job sites under the **Household Services Scheme (HSS)**.
- Lead and manage cleaning staff including scheduling, on-site supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality, workplace safety, and compliance with company and MOM standards.
- Train and guide cleaning staff, especially in **elderly-care environment cleaning**, hygiene practices, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Mentor new team members to meet Snow White’s quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, property agents, and management to address operational needs, feedback, and service recovery.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock control for cleaning materials and PPE.
- Handle staff matters including hiring, onboarding, and discipline, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, including manpower deployment and site performance.
- Respond promptly to urgent client requests and on-site emergencies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **ITE Certificate or Diploma**in Facility Management, Environmental Services, or equivalent.
- Minimum **5-10 years of supervisory or managerial experience**in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of **HSS**, **Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)**standards, and cleaning techniques.
- Proven ability to train and mentor cleaning staff for **household and elderly-care cleaning assignments**.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sites independently.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, scheduling, and WhatsApp reporting).
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
