Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

Salary Range: SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, effective team management, and excellent client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a hands-on approach to managing both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned job sites under the Household Services Scheme (HSS) .
  • Lead and manage cleaning staff including scheduling, on-site supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality, workplace safety, and compliance with company and MOM standards.
  • Train and guide cleaning staff, especially in elderly-care environment cleaning , hygiene practices, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
  • Mentor new team members to meet Snow White's quality and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, property agents, and management to address operational needs, feedback, and service recovery.
  • Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock control for cleaning materials and PPE.
  • Handle staff matters including hiring, onboarding, and discipline, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, including manpower deployment and site performance.
  • Respond promptly to urgent client requests and on-site emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE Certificate or Diploma in Facility Management, Environmental Services, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HSS , Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, and cleaning techniques.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor cleaning staff for household and elderly-care cleaning assignments .
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sites independently.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, scheduling, and WhatsApp reporting).
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license will be an advantage.
