**Role Description**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development & Operation Manager. The responsibilities of the travel manager include optimizing our travel operations, making travel arrangements over the phone or the internet, providing guidance on travel arrangements, and preparing budget reports.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. Trainee will be able to maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines. Trainee wll be able to negotiate preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
2. Trainee will be able to plan travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities. Trainee will be able to manage and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms. Trainee will be task to handle inbound services.
3. The trainee will be able to communicate with the director about current production work flow and suggest improvements to ensure a positive and dynamic work environment. The trainee will improve his or her leadership abilities and people management skills.
6. Trainee will work with the Director to ensure the Trainee is able to identify and address potential problems and opportunities for the company.
7. The Trainee will be able to manage daily operations to ensure the company are constantly on track to meet our ambitious sale goals. The trainee will be able to work closely with the Director to ensure the company have the right resources and support needed to gather and share project information.
