**Warehouse & Logistics Executive (Flexi-Work)**
- Part-Time/Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Hybrid (Home + Warehouse-Based)We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join us as a **Warehouse & Logistics Executive**in a **flexible, part-time/full-time role**. You’ll help keep our warehouse and fulfilment operations running smoothly, managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating with our logistics partners—both locally and overseas.

If you’re someone who enjoys organising, packing, and juggling logistics while having the flexibility to manage your own schedule, this could be a great fit.

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Inventory & Warehouse Management - Local**
- Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure smooth operations
- Receive deliveries, check stock, label products (e.g. expiry dates), and restock inventory
- Track and manage inventory levels across our systems and online platforms

**Inventory & Warehouse Management - Overseas**
- Liaise with overseas third-party warehouse to organise stock movements and monitor inventory levels

**Order Processing & Fulfilment**
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders, including generating invoices, waybills, and consignment notes
- Arrange courier pick-ups and update order statuses in the system or platforms
- Respond to customer order-related queries promptly
- (Desired) Assist with deliveries if you hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle

**Daily Courier & Partner Coordination**
- Ensure availability for daily courier pick-ups from selected platform partners
- Coordinate smooth collection from home or designated pick-up points

**Events & Ad Hoc Campaign Support**
- Assist with packing and coordinating stock for events, pop-ups, or promotional activities
- Step in to support event setup or represent the company at booths, _only when additional manpower is needed _

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
- Physically able to manage packing and light lifting
- Tech-savvy enough to manage order and inventory software & online platforms
- A driving license and vehicle are advantageous
