Creative Designer

As a valued member in our Visual team, you will be supporting the team in achieving our ultimate goal of pushing out visually stunning creatives that reach a global audience. You'll work alongside a talented team of creatives with diverse specialties, including 3D motion designers, photo, and video specialists to bring your creative vision to life.

Working within the wider Marketing umbrella, you’ll collaborate with various working-level stakeholders to ensure that all creatives align with the company's brand and messaging.
Our Visual team is responsible for all of Secretlab's content as well as our collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands, including Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and execute the visual direction for launches and take full responsibility from concept to final design execution with excellence together with our Art Directors, Creative Director and Project Managers.
- Proposing creative solutions to marketing briefs for product launches, seasonal sales and day to day marketing collateral in accordance with Secretlab’s branding across multiple social media platforms.
- Actively collaborate with teams both within and outside the Visual team to understand project goals to effectively communicate messaging and meet business objectives.
- Present design work to Art Directors and Creative Director and provide clear rationale behind design decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ Diploma in a relevant design discipline or the equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creative thinking, problem solving and technical understanding across a range of mediums.
- Passionate about your work and our products.
- Creative with a flair for art direction and a good eye for layout and typography.
- Strong problem solving skills: Ability to understand, analyze and work through a challenge to completion.
- High technical proficiency and expertise in Adobe suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms (dimensions, consumer behavior, theme overhauls, etc.)
- Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising
- Twitter
- TikTok
- Sharp eye for color correction, photo composition and retouching photography to a high standard.
- Responsible and self-motivated, resourceful in making the impossible possible.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

**Bonuses**
- Experience with understanding photography lighting and digitally recreating them in product images for better synergy with photo specialists.
- Experience with working with 3D softwares (Blender, C4D) or Video software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to communicate with our 3D team and video specialists.
- Interest in the consumer tech/gaming/esports industry.-
