**Creative Designer**

As a Creative Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping and bringing our brand and marketing materials to life through visually stunning and innovative design. This position is ideal for emerging and imaginative designers with a passion for creating compelling visual experiences across various mediums.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Creative Vision:

- Develop and articulate creative concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Lead the visual storytelling process, ensuring designs effectively communicate the intended message.

2. Strategic Design:

- Collaborate with cross-functional individuals, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design strategies that resonate with the target audience.

3. Multimedia Design:

- Create impactful designs for a variety of mediums, including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, advertising campaigns, and other brand assets.

4. Brand Consistency:

- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements and campaigns.
- Elevate and evolve the brand's visual identity while maintaining its core essence.

5. Leadership and Mentorship:

- Provide creative direction to clients and collaborate with team members to inspire and guide the creative process.
- Mentor and support team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

6. Innovation:

- Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to infuse innovation into design strategies.
- Experiment with new techniques and tools to push the boundaries of creative expression.

7. Client Interaction:

- Engage with clients to understand their design needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

8. Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with account managers and the Founder to plan and execute design initiatives within specified timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva, etc.).
- Exceptional understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and inspire.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
