We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Lead & Manager with a strong consultancy technical mindset to lead and manage our projects.

**What You Will Do**:

- Technical Leadership & Consultancy Vision: Define the technical direction and consultancy strategy for OT/IoT cybersecurity clients’ engagements. You will lead technical discussions internally with vendors and clients including working on the hands-on, drive architectural/process/framework decisions, and ensure our consultancy services and deliverables are best-in-class.
- Hands-On Technical Excellence & Client Delivery: Maintain a strong technical presence by actively participating in design, implementation, and troubleshooting for client projects. Your current hands-on skills are **essential** for providing credible and effective consultancy to projects’ deliverables.
- Team Leadership & Quality Assurance: Lead and manage project teams of cybersecurity personnel specializing in OT/IoT. This includes quality assurance of deliverables, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique OT/IoT security challenges, gaps and business objectives.
- Solution Architecting & Proposal Development: Lead the development of tailored security solutions and proposals for clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and technical approach.
- Project Oversight & Client Communication: Oversee and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication with clients, adherence to timelines, and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Stay at the forefront of OT/IoT security trends and contribute to thought leadership through presentations, concept papers, and internal knowledge sharing sessions.

**What You Will Bring**
- Blended Expertise: A robust background in both cybersecurity principles and hands-on technical implementation, combined with significant experience in a client-facing consultancy and project role.
- OT/IoT Cybersecurity Consulting Acumen: Deep understanding of the cybersecurity challenges and best practices within Operational Technology (OT) and/or Internet of Things (IoT) environments.
- Field-Proven Technical & Client Engagement Record: Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing security solutions within OT/IoT environments, coupled with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Technical Mastery: Demonstrated deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with a range of security technologies and tools relevant to OT/IoT.
- Leadership & Team Building Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate technical teams. Experience in project staffing, performance management, and fostering professional growth.
- Consultative Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and strategic concepts clearly and persuasively to clients at various levels.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs, diagnose security challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Relevant Certifications (highly valued): CISSP, CISM, GICSP, PMP, or other industry-recognized cybersecurity, OT security, or consulting certifications.

**Minimum Requirement**
