Key Responsibilities

1.Customer Service:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations based on their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.

2.Sales Generation:

- Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

3.Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Educate customers on product specifications and usage.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.

4.Store Maintenance:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Merchandise products on shelves and displays according to company guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations and security protocols.

5.Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
