INDOOR SALE COORDINATOR
Job Description & Requirements
Sales Admin is an important link between sales team and customers by processing related paperwork.
Sales Admin is responsible for administration support for sales operations which includes in communicating, handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment and delivery of orders to the customer.
Responsible for achieving sales and maintain customer relationship. He/she must be a highly motivated and service-oriented individual and communicates well and thrives in a team environment.
**Job Description
1) Manage sales/ service enquires and process quotations for existing/ new customers. Preparation and timely processing of sales orders, delivery orders & purchase orders.
3) Maintain and ensure system customer listing are accurate and up-to-date
5) Coordinate with Logistics for delivery
6) Communicate requirements and activities to salesperson
8) Provide reports to Sales if needed
9) Provide assistance in ongoing review records and information to determine effectiveness of work processes and procedures
10) Support continuous work improvement activities and performanceimprovement strategies
**Job Requirement
1) Minimum 1 -2 year of relevant working experience
2) Possess at least 'N' level certification
3) Details-oriented
4) Good interpersonal skills
5) Accountability and committed
6) Organised & able to work in a fast and dynamic environmentindependently.
7) Team player with strong analytical and Good communication skill
8) Excellent time management
9) Able to work in a fast and dynamic environment independently and results-oriented.
REQUIRED SKILL (S)
1) Knowledge of AUTOCOUNT will be advantage
Salary Range (SGD)$2,500 - 3,000
OTHERS
1) 5 Days week
