We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Partnerships & Communications executive who is full of ideas to support the implementation and coordination industry wide events, publicity and marketing campaigns of the Association, with a goal to foster collaboration between business owners, build networks locally and internationally and to improve the overall image of the retail industry.

Reports to: Executive Director

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns/strategies (online and offline) for the Associations’ events and initiatives
- Regularly track and review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance
- Plan, develop, manage and produce content (e.g infographics, videos and social media posts) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and the Associations’ website
- Work with external vendors to develop marketing collaterals and relevant materials for the Associations’ events and initiatives
- Provide support for Associations’ events including but not limited to administrative and logistics coordination, implementation, managing event budgets and post-event evaluation
- Develop and design fundraising materials including website, newsletters, sponsorship packages, letters etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director

Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications and prior experience in communications, marketing and/or business related roles (fresh graduates are welcomed )
- Proficient in creative production software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva etc. and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Possess good social media/digital content management and proficient knowledge in social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willing to learn/can-do attitude
- Positive working attitude, a team player with strong communication/organizational and time management skills
- Able to do creative copywriting will be an advantage
