**Project Analyst / Business Analyst (Open Collateral)**
- 6 months contract
- Office location: East

**The Client**
- MNC Bank

**The Opportunity**
- Project analyst responsibilities for Open Collateral client implementations.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders across operations, product and technology to manage on-boarding of clients for Open Collateral operations.
- Liaise with clients to establish, define and report on project deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, complete gap analysis and prepare onboarding plans
- Engage with stakeholders to agree requirement builds and help to implement
- Manage timely setup of static data parameters - entering data and liaising with other internal groups to ensure this is fully completed to required standards
- Define and execute test cases and ensure timely completion to maintain project timelines
- Assist with documentation for procedures, controls and training materials
- Assist with roll out of global training for new procedures
- Assist with parallel run phase for new client onboarding
- Escalate significant project issues or risks to senior sponsors when appropriate.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences/ accounting/finance or equivalent.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills, very strong interpersonal, influencing, collaboration skills.
- Demonstrable experience of working with virtual teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating change in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders an advantage.
- Credibility - proven track record of gaining credibility with external and internal parties at all levels
- Problem resolution and Risk Management - to ensure an effective delivery of the programs of work.
