Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of change management activities aligned with department projects.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess change impacts and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, KPIs, and change adoption metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights through analysis of project and change management data.
  • Coordinate project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Assist in PMO reporting, data visualization, and improvement of templates and methodologies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across PMO tools and reporting platforms.
    Support risk identification and escalation related to change and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
