Derivatives Clearing Operations Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the operations in the timely matching, clearing, and settlement of clients' Exchange-Traded Derivatives and FX Derivatives trades with Exchanges and Prime Brokers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to give an exception experience to the clients through continuous improvements in our services
- Timely reporting to Exchanges & Regulators
- Regular brainstorming to simplify/improve operational processes through constant reengineering effort
- Drive and implement sustainable processes, automation/migration/new products initiatives, and strict adherence to controls procedures to safeguard the company
- High level of focus on process simplification, digitization, automation, elimination of manual touch points, and documentations
**Qualifications**:
- Recognized diploma or degree from reputable polytechnics or universities
- Good working knowledge of clearing, settlement, and margining processes for FX and ETD products
- Able to work independently with an open mind in your approach to problem-solving
- Able to interact and communicate effectively within and across business or/and support units
- Strong IT and programming skills is an advantage
