**Senior Executive (Indirect Procurement), Singapore**
This resource will be required to support Singapore issues & driving initiatives relating to supplier qualifications, specifications, certifications and performance while contributing to meeting Materials & Services goals as well as contributing to the support of Asia Pacific indirect procurement initiatives.
**The Position**:

- Regularly engages Singapore Operations on various matters such as Packaging, Consumables needs, prompt resolution of Materials & Service supply disruptions and contracting plans
- Continuously identify and implement initiatives to improve supplier base supply security (such as approved sources, quality, lead time & packaging
- Lead the RFQ/Tender Process, specifically (but not limited to) to the following such as prepare RFQ/tender documents, arrange tender briefings and send tender invitations to suppliers
- Contribute to the wider Asia Pacific projects improvements works related to Procurement and its focus groups, support Singapore & assist in the Indirect Procurement initiatives within Singapore Operations
- Manage Singapore indirect supplier base, ensuring materials & services supply to approved specifications to contribute wider to both regional (Asia Pacific) and global Procurement goals
- Min 5 years of successful exposure within Procurement, exposure in working collaboratively within an MNC matrix environment with a bachelor's degree and CPSM certifications
- Is proficiency in both MS Office Suite/SAP
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter orientation while managing tight timelines and is able to make decisions for issues to work out optimal & pragmatic solutions
- Stronge communicator as well as possessing strong interpersonal skills.
