Indirect Procurement Manager

Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement, the Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for managing Purchasing, Negotiation processes and Contract Management related to Logistics services, Distribution, Warehouse, Transportation and Corporate Services in the Region.
Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive bid exercises in line with Policies Organization service requirements at the best economic value).Execute service contracts and agreements (Negotiate favorable terms & conditions, mitigate Company's risk/exposure, protect Company's interests).Lead and guide stakeholders in the execution of procurement events (Assure compliance with Company's Policies).Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and performance evaluation with Key Suppliers (Manage supplier relationship, ensure alignment of service level and cost rendered versus contracted).Consolidate and tabulate key Company's indicators (activity, spend, savings, continually improve performance whilst reducing cost).To work together with internal stakeholder team to define the scope of works for tenders.
Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree from the Relevant fields.6-10 years of related work experience in procurement. Logistics sectors knowledge and/or experience will be an advantage.Relevant procurement work experience in high tech or electronics manufacturing industry preferably.Strength in Supplier Relationship Management. Having network in Logistics Service Providers or 3PL or Distribution or Warehousing providers is an advantage.Strength in MS Excel & Powerpoint is a must.Strength in purchasing process, project management, contract law, transportation law.Strength in analytical, communication, negotiation, influencing, reporting skill.Knowledge in PowerBI and Power Automate is a plus.
