You will play a key role in data collection, management, and analysis, with a primary focus on the ICU Multidisciplinary Infectious Diseases (IMI) service, Haematology-Infectious Diseases clinical service, and other related services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing databases by extracting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing data for routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Develop new databases for clinical audits, surveillance programs, and research projects.
- Design methodologies and systems for managing and extracting complex data from multiple sources.
- Produce documentation, including standards, best practices, policies, and procedures for data management.
- Prepare and present data analysis reports, ensuring clarity in data structures and insights.
- Generate quarterly and annual reports for IMI and other related services.
- Provide data support for research activities and quality improvement projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ICU and ID physicians, microbiologists, and pharmacists.
- Support administrative duties and contribute to hospital-wide and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
- Work beyond routine responsibilities during infectious disease outbreaks or as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Experience in developing and managing databases, with an understanding of logical data models and data dictionaries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights.
- Prior experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
- High integrity and commitment to maintaining patient data confidentiality.
