  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Prepare and present findings through clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new data collection and analysis processes.
  • Work with survey consultants and management to understand business needs and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Attain key performance indicators (KPI) established.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
