In this newly created role, you will work with marketing and business development to review the efficacy of our existing strategies by analysing data to help make better decisions related to marketing and strategy. Investigating potential new areas and overseeing our marketing platforms and digital enablement tools. You'll report into our Head of Regional Innovation APAC.
**Your role will include**:
Lead the delivery of new analytics and support strategic category reviews - performance vs market in the annual strategy review process to determine whether a refresh is required. What's working vs what is not. The objective voice of challenge to the Regional Innovation team based on the data and driving business and category outlook
Coordinate the strategy deployment framework for Regional Innovation team and establish yourself as a strategic partner
Drive the relationship with external marketing agencies related to insights e.g. Mintel/Euromonitor and evaluate efficacy.
Evaluate what information required to support strategy development.
Exploration of new areas e.g. channel and product aligned to the APAC growth strategy

**Your professional profile includes**:
A University Degree related to food or marketing
Minimum 5 years overall experience with at least 3 years or more marketing related experience in the Flavour or Food & Beverage industry with a background in analytics or category management
Experience working across different cultures and teams in a matrix organisation
An appetite for success and continuous improvement
Experience delivering actionable insights and ability to influence business decisions
