The EV Body Technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and assembling the body structures of electric vehicles (EVs), ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. This role demands hands-on expertise in EV-specific bodywork, including lightweight material handling, structural repair, and integration of EV components.

Repair and Maintenance:

- Perform body repairs on EVs, including fixing dents, scratches, and structural damage.
- Replace or repair panels, doors, and other body components
- Ensure alignment and proper fitting of all body parts after repairs.

Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols for high-voltage systems and other EV-specific hazards.
- Ensure all repairs and assemblies comply with manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in using body repair tools such as welders, grinders, and paint sprayers.
- Familiarity with EV-specific systems and components.
- Knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures.

Soft Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
