**We are looking for someone with**:

- University Degree Holder, with minimum 3 years' solid experience working in Human Resources of sizable multinational organizations and/or compensation / benefits survey consulting experience in leading firms.
- Independent professional who thinks outside the box; and is obsessed about details and execution excellence.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and synthesize numbers and trends into business proposals.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Role-modelling teamwork, collaboration, and execution within and across teams. Identify and resolve issues on a timely manner.
- Service oriented and customer centric. Positive and forward thinking.
- Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership for responsibilities assigned.

**On the job you will**:
Individual accountabilities
- HR advisor to assigned client group(s) advising on a suite of solutions to meet the business' people needs, or to consult on workforce and individual people issues.
- Partner with leaders in the BU or function, HRPs (as necessary), Shared Services and COEs to provide feedback, bring experts to leader meetings, identify concerns, raise issues and challenge diagnoses.
- Support the HR Partner with analysis of data and preparation of executive-ready report/proposal to inform and steer the HR strategy for the business.
- Facilitate, advice, and champion products, services, policies and standards developed by CoE and Shared Services
- Monitor and report on HR KPIs, SLAs and client satisfaction levels.
- Execute continuous HR improvement opportunities for the HR function and champion the HR model with clients
- Be a resource/project manager for cyclical work - annual compensation, talent review etc.
- Actively monitor and stay well informed on issues/concerns/morale/engagement in assigned client groups - ear to the ground for HRP.
- Clear ownership of select projects, as assigned.

Key shared accountabilities
- Support HR Partner and work in concert with COEs and Shared Services to ensure a consistent employee and manager experience across the BU
- Drive higher engagement levels in partnership with department managers to help improve engagement scores.
- Smooth delivery of cyclical HR programs
- Assist in executing organizational redesign in BUs (shared with HR heads)
- Set expectations with leaders regarding HR role(s) (HRP, Shd Svcs, COEs) Provide input/opinion re: talent assessment of leaders
