**Job Details**:
As world-recognised maritime safety and environmental experts, RightShip aspire to be a leading voice in industry. Reporting to the CHRO, the HR Project Consultant will be responsible for executing the agreed end to end priorities around the improvement of our HR function.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Project Management of agreed HR improvement areas in a structured methodical approach
- HR project prioritisation, progress and ROI tracking, working closely with the CHRO and HR team to ensure project goals are met
- Subject Matter Expert on identified projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Ongoing review of our HR function to identify future improvement needs and priorities by conducting market analysis and research
- Manage external and internal employee branding including employee value proposition and employee communication
- Workforce planning activities including sourcing relevant workforce data to drive long-term strategic planning

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- Previous experience with HR Project Management and/or Change Management, experience across a range of HR disciplines eg. Compensation and benefits, OD&L
- Ability to drive projects forward through focus on outcomes and deadlines
- Experience managing multiple high-level HR projects is desirable
- Flexibility required to work effectively globally in a distributed management team
- Strong understanding of employment practices and law in Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States of America
- Proficient in HRIS

- Ability to think and act strategically and offer the leadership skills that enable you to influence across the organisation
- High degree of judgement, initiative and confidentiality
