DESIGNATION : Office Cleaner (East/ 5 days) 办公室清洁工 (东部/ 五天制)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wipe and arrange in neat the work desk，replace clean cups and utensils for use (Chairman’s room and Executive private office)
- 擦拭和摆放整齐的工作桌，放置干净的杯子和餐具供使用（主席室和行政人员私人办公室）
- Vacuuming of floors twice per week
- 每周两次吸尘地板
- Wiping of doors and windows once per week
- 每周擦拭一次门和窗
- Disposing of waste and replace bin with clean trash bags after clearing.
- 处理废物，清理后把干净的垃圾袋替换进垃圾桶里
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of pantry (including wiping the facades of appliances eg. Refrigerators, refilling of beverages sachet etc.)
- 保持茶水间的清洁和整齐（包括擦拭电器的表面，如冰箱，补充饮料袋等）
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture at loft area once per week
- 每周一次保持阁楼区域家具的清洁度
- Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned and tidied up after every meeting
- 确保每次会议结束后，会议室都会被打扫和整理好
- Toilet cleaning twice a day and when necessary
- 厕所每天清洁两次，必要时可进行清洁
- Ensure toiletries (handwash and toilet papers) are refilled when necessary
- 确保必要时补充洗漱用品（洗手液和厕纸）
- Ensure aircon and lights are turnoff in the pantry and meeting room when not in use
- 确保茶水间和会议室的空调和灯光在不使用时被关闭。
- Assist to takeaway food for visitors / guests and serve the food and drinks to them.
- 协助为来访者/客人提供外卖食物和饮料并提供他们食物和饮料

**Requirements**:

- Service-oriented

- Prior work experience in cleaning will be advantageous

- Has initiative and is committed
