Job Scope: Cleaner (Office & Kitchen)

General Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Perform daily cleaning of office areas including floors, desks, windows, and common areas.
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal.
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, switches, handles, etc.) to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Ensure pantry and meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Kitchen & Food Production Area Cleaning

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including worktops, sinks, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and baking tools after use.
  • Clean refrigerators, ovens, and other appliances regularly according to schedule.
  • Ensure proper disposal of food waste in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Mop and sanitize kitchen floors to prevent slips and maintain food safety compliance.

Support & Safety

  • Replenish cleaning supplies and pantry items when needed.
  • Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and safety protocols (ISO 22000 & Halal standards where applicable).
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
  • Assist with occasional deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., storerooms, air vents, carpets).

Overall Responsibility

  • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in both office and kitchen environments.
  • Support the team by ensuring a safe, pleasant, and professional working environment.

  • 清洗和消毒厨房设备、餐具及烘焙工具。
  • 定期清洁冰箱、烤箱等厨房电器,遵循清洁计划。
  • 按照卫生与安全标准妥善处理厨余垃圾。
  • 拖洗及消毒厨房地面,避免滑倒并符合食品安全要求。

支持与安全

  • 负责清洁用品及茶水间用品的补充。
  • 严格遵守清洁时间表、检查清单及安全操作流程(包括 ISO 22000 和清真认证要求)。
  • 及时报告设备损坏、维修需求或安全隐患。
  • 协助完成定期深度清洁任务(如仓库、通风口、地毯等)。
