**Project Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead and manage a team of project engineers to ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and established quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team as required.

**Planning & Coordination**
- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of drawings and project documentation to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify risks, barriers, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead key meetings, including project kick-off, progress, and closure meetings with clients and stakeholders.

**Resource Management**
- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources and materials.
- Monitor and manage project financials, implementing corrective actions as needed to stay within budget.

**Quality & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to workplace quality and safety practices.
- Conduct internal quality control (QC) and testing and commissioning (T&C) processes to meet project standards.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Compile and manage all necessary project documentation, including material certifications, mill certifications, factory test reports, and other required records.

**Problem-Solving & Communication**
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with all levels of stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on support to overcome challenges and ensure project goals are met.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of engineering experience with a proven track record in managing projects from tender to handover.
- Proficiency in project management frameworks such as Gantt Chart, Scrum, or PMP.
- Experience in solar design and installation is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, and Helioscope is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
