1. Responsible to manage project allocated.

2. Responsible to interpret the contract and extract all essential information for the project and disseminate the information to the project team to efficiently and effectively manage the project.

3. Responsible to identify all contractual requirements and all other deliverables and plan and complete it within the stipulated timeline.

4. Responsible to handle customer expectations and requirements. (To attend meetings, site walks, inspections and coordination if required by customer.)

5. Responsible to overseeing that the project is managed effectively and within the allocated budget.

6. Responsible to provide regular project reports/updates to customers, stakeholders and management.

7. Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives.

8. Responsible to monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned scheduled.

9. Responsible to discuss and plan the allocation of manpower for the different projects together with the other

Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

10. Responsible to allocate the manpower to the respective jobs.

11. Responsible to raise the PMR for the respective jobs.

12. Responsible to provide monthly updates to 68 management on the progress of each project as well as the status and claim for the project.

13. Responsible to identify and raise any VO (Variation Order) to customers and follow up with quotation until PO received.

14. Responsible to manage the installation of the projects assigned.
