Programme Manager

We empower B2B eCommerce platforms with broader access to global trade and innovative digital solutions, leveraging novel technologies and solutions to simplify cross-platform and cross-border trade around the world. We are growing fast, powering cross-border trading, one platform at a time, with the primary aim - To facilitate trade for SMEs.

**The Opportunity**:
The programme manager will support the management team on the planning and execution of our program portfolio, working with various external stakeholders on various project workstreams and drive deliverables and outcomes for Proxtera.

**What you will do**:

- Lead ambiguous and undefined problems to resolution in a constantly changing, multi team-based environment, work backwards from our customers’ needs.
- Define creative, high quality, easy-to-understand program roadmaps based on Proxtera’s strategy and vision.
- Align with design, program and product teams both internally and with partner organisations to ensure product(s) can be launched in a timely manner.
- Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among various platforms and ecosystem partner experience(s), customer experience(s), performance, and operational loads.
- Establish and maintain relationships with peers at key external stakeholders within Proxtera’s network (e.g. B2B marketplaces, FIs, fintechs, trade associations and agencies) and facilitate product integration and implementation.
- Develop the master programme schedule for delivery of our integrated trade and financing ecosystem, ensuring that all interdependencies are identified and factored into the delivery timeline.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact our ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

**Supervise Direct Reports**:
**What you bring to the table**:

- Min. 5-7 years experience in managing a complex project(s) and/or program portfolio, **operating in multiple country jurisdictions**:

- Industry experience in **one or more **of the following areas: B2B e-commerce, Trade Finance, Manufacturing
- Track record solving for complex (aka “wicked”) problems with creative solutions
- Experience in high scale/high volume tech solutions involving multiple transaction volumes or high gross merchant value
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with good business acumen to drive decisions backed up by data and metrics
- Highly self-motivated and solid problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
- Certification in Programme Management or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

**Tech Stack Experience**:

- Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain preferred
