- We’re looking for an Initiative Manager to:
- As part of the ‘Be a Client’ team, drive the migration of all clients in APAC from CS to UBS platform (scope HK/SG booking centers)
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholder to define how clients from CS can be migrated into the UBS platform. The main focus of this role is not the technical specification of the migration, but the overall understanding of clients and main CRM processes and how to transform all clients to the UBS model
- Define the client migration strategy: conceptual comparison of CS and UBS client models (and many related topics such as client structures, KYC/AML profile, Legal regulations etc.) and define approaches on the transformation from CS to UBS
- Drive Client Migration Journey: together with other stakeholders (Legal, Risk and RtB teams etc. ) design the conceptual client journey framework which can be used to model the journey for different client groups
- Work together with both CS and UBS teams (both business and IT) to define the detailed migration mappings and process in a collaborative manner
- Collaborate with the Migration Office (both global and regional) and ensure status reporting, sign-off process, risk and dependency management (as well other project mgmt. activities)
- After the migration, the focus will shift to drive the digitalization strategy and change initiatives in the GWM front-to-back onboarding and CLM processes and focus on client self-service journeys by understanding client needs in this area and translating the into development of new products and features together with a cross-functional team in the ‘Be a Client’ stream

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Be a Client, GWM team in Zurich or Singapore focusing on the Onboarding and Client Lifecycle Management processes, in close alignment with the stakeholders across the Front-to-back client servicing organizations.

**Your expertise**
- Working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management across functions and regions
- Very good overall understanding of the GWM clients in the HK/SG booking centers (ideally in CS APAC)
- Good overall understanding of the main CLM processes (ideally in CS APAC)
- Experience in change delivery initiatives in the area of CRM or client data related topics (Onboarding etc.)
- SME knowledge or hands-on experience in any aspects of the client or CRM related topics (Client types, Profiling, KCY/AM, Legal regulations, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand, compare and map different models
- Ability to understand and handle different stakeholders across the F2B organization and different locations
- Setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset
- Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
