- Position Title**:Admin Coordinator (Operation)**:
- Working Location: North - Admiralty
- Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 6.30 am-3.30 pm, Sat: 6.30 am-10.30 am
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 2000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + OT Pay**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work
- Administer order processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
- Coordinate with relevant departments in the daily deployment of trucks and drivers
- Assist in vehicle scheduling
- Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
- Prepare full set of documents including costing before passing to other departments for processing
- Perform verification of sub-contractor billings
- Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning
- All other job duties as assigned

- Min. 1 year of working experience in admin co-ordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings
- Familiarity with Singapore roads will be an advantage
