Stakeholder Engagement, Enabling Academy

**Overall Job Responsibility**:
- The Enabling Academy division works with partners to provide diverse lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities that support them in their personal growth and professional development; upskill the formal and informal network of support around persons with disabilities.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Stakeholder & Partnership Management**
- Identify, nurture and develop possible collaboration areas to guide implementation of sector-wide strategy to equip persons with disabilities and wider network of support
- Drive and obtain buy-in amongst internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and drive the execution of engagement strategies to promote Enabling Academy and key messages on lifelong learning and skills development targets at individuals and partners
- Partner with strategic partners and collaborators to co-organise events and programmes, which will include roadshows and skills fairs
- Work with stakeholders, including government agencies and industry/corporate players to develop partnerships to deliver a variety of training programmes and offerings to our beneficiaries
- Manage and foster relationships to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of plans and strategies
- Manage partner contracts, MOUs, work alongside learning support team on funding disbursements and other administrative matters
**Brand & Marketing**
- Develop and implement marketing plans through appointed marketing agency to drive brand awareness, customer and user acquisition, growth and retention
- Create marketing creatives, assets and produce content such as social media copy, EDMs and flyers
- Create digital communications plans that include website, social media, e-channels, and other marketing tools
**Other Duties**
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
**Must-have experiences and knowledge**:
- Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ track record in similar work
- Demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder management, and/or marketing and branding
- Possess strong people skills for stakeholders’ engagement with the ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Able to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
**Highly advantageous to possess these**:
- Working experience in training / education / government sector
- Familiarity with any CMS (e.g. Sitefinity, Wordpress, etc) and basic knowledge of HTML
- Possess understanding of website and social media metrics, KPIs, analytics and insights like Google Analytics, Adobe Social
