**Position**:Project Executive (LEW)
**Contract**:21 Months
**Location**:West, Singapore

**Working hours**:Mon - Fri (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Note: This is a part-time position with a commitment of at least 15 man-days in a month

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a master work programme and specific timelines for operational and maintenance Works associated with electrical trade and expected to consolidate and review work
- Perform overall site management or supervision to ensure that contractors perform works according to requirement specifications. This includes directing on-site technicians and security officers to conduct checks and close-out.
- Reset electrical breakers within his/her authorised limit. Audit and submit reports for frequent trips or trips that are deemed abnormal in the opinion of the Project Executive.
- Provide feedback and inputs to the process of service and ad-hoc contract renewal with the aim to streamline workflows and mitigate risk of service non-performance.
- Liaise with consultants and end-users to consolidate technical feedback and follow-up from raising case numbers to close-out.
- Coordinate with building LEW and contractors to plan, organise, escort and witness site recording and measurement
- Review and comment on drawings, work programme, risk assessments, method statements and submissions to ensure completeness, holistic coverage and alignment with design and user intent.
- Provide feedback to the trend of electricity consumption and suggest corrective measures if there are unusual spikes observed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, NITEC or Degree,
- Possess a valid licensed Electrical worker (LEW) of any grade
- Demonstrate expertise in maintenance and operational planning, site coordination, due diligence inspection, investigation, and technical feasibility studies.
