Carry out electrical wiring/testing/installation and system maintenance works
- Perform comprehensive site management or supervision to guarantee that contractors execute tasks according to specified requirements. This encompasses guiding on-site technicians and security personnel in performing checks and finalizing tasks.
- Collaborate with the building LEW and contractors to plan, coordinate, accompany, and witness site measurements and recordings. Analyse and review contractor submissions to validate the accuracy of outcomes.
- Manage and co¬ordinate site electrical functions and systems and diagnose or troubleshoot faults on electrical systems
- Ensure all LEW paperwork/documentations are completed and filed in accordance to regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback on electricity consumption trends and suggest corrective measures in case of unusual spikes.

**Requirements**:

- Possess qualifications and training in the electrical trade.
- Possess LEW certificate with EMAor hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7
- Demonstrate expertise in maintenance and operational planning, site coordination, due diligence inspection, investigation, and technical feasibility studies.
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in Construction Industry
