**Responsibilities**:

- Take lead of compliance function of LCMA
- To act as Local Compliance Coordinator and oversee and carry out the tasks in relation to the compliance function of the department as control tower covering other region too. To oversee various internal procedures and to make suggestions and to make suggestions on enhancement of the department’s compliance. To coordinate with Legal and Compliance Dept.
- Support the management of Planning Group of LCMA
- To ensure that the tasks of the team are properly and effectively carried out
- To facilitate smooth coordination and team work between Planning Group and the other teams within LCMA and also Planning Dept.
- Contribute to risk management of LCMA
- To assist management to monitor underwriting risks. To identify within LCMA areas where risk management can be further improved, and to suggest on enhancement of risk management
- Preparation of regular written reports to management and head office
- To prepare regular reports by conducting research, discussion with other LCMA members and keep data records as per management’s requirement

**Job Requirements**
- University graduate
- Experiences to support or supervise Legal/Compliance/Internal control/Risk management
- Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law is an advantage
- Communicating Effectively
- Business mind/Good balance to support buiness in a possitve manner
- 7-10 years working experience in banking sector
- Experience in writing business update reports for management with very strong English writing capability
- Experience in loan capital markets and / or syndication preferred
