We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swap Product Manager to lead the planning, design, and iteration of our on-chain trading products. You will deeply understand user needs, drive product innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and continuous optimization of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Planning and Design**:Lead the overall planning and feature design of the Swap business line, develop a detailed product roadmap and iteration plan.
- **Requirements Analysis and Management**:Conduct in-depth research on market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape, identify user pain points, and translate them into specific product requirements.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Coordinate with development, design, testing, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, and drive continuous optimization after product launch.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:Continuously monitor Web3 and DeFi market trends, conduct regular competitive analysis, and provide data support for product optimization.
- **User Experience Optimization**:Improve trading experience and performance, optimize trading paths, reduce gas fees, and increase transaction success rates.
- **Compliance and Security Management**:Collaborate with legal and security teams to ensure product compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and guarantee the security of smart contracts and on-chain interactions.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**:Continuously optimize products based on data analysis and user feedback to improve user activity and trading volume.

**Requirements**:

- BBachelor's degree or above, 10 years product experience, including 3+ years of experience in blockchain-related products, prior experience in Swap or Web 3 trading platform product design is preferred.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DEX, and other fields, familiar with AMM, limit orders, liquidity pools, and other mechanisms.
- Familiar with common data analysis tools and methods, and have the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-team collaboration skills, able to efficiently drive project execution.
- Strong interest and learning ability in the Web3 field, paying attention to the latest industry trends and technological developments.
- In-depth research and use of related products, and optimize the experience from the user's perspective.
- Proficient in chinese in order to alias **Mandarin**speaking colleagues and customers.

- Proficiency in English reading and writing.
- Experience in international product promotion and understanding of user needs in multiple regional markets.

**Location**:Remote or on-site work is supported, to be discussed.
