- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinic
- Ensure a consistent high level of service and clinical standards are maintained in the clinics
- Assist in planning and executing action plan to improve the service and clinical standards
- Examine and resolve complaints when needed
- Identify areas for improvement and engage in work process improvement projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction at clinic level
