E&m Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope):
To co-ordinate the E&M works on the project and closely interface with architectural and structural works with the objective of meeting the budgets, client satisfaction and on time completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore
- Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.
- Coordination of all E&M works with subcontractors and SWCs
- Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve design and construction issues.
- Coordinate all E&M works and ensuring progress of E&M works on site is on schedule to meet project timeline.
- Review requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related to E&M works
- Preparing, reviewing and controlling RFI (Request for Information) related to EM works
- Involve in E&M planning, coordination with consultants such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor such as checking E&M drawings.
**REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience)**:
- _Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant electrical or mechanical field in the construction supervision of E&M works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work. _
- . Must have good understanding of architectural works and structural works to properly interface with the E&M works. _
- _Experience in underground tunnel project and E&M design coordination works will be an advantage._
